2) Services & Not Medical Advice

Our offerings (coaching, audio programs, classes, events, and resources) are educational and wellness-oriented.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3) Scheduling, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Sessions require advance booking.
• Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.
• Late arrivals may shorten your session; fees are not reduced.
• No-shows may be charged the full session rate.

4) Payments & Refunds

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe; we do not store card data.
• Live sessions: Refunds for completed sessions are not offered. Please contact us within 48 hours with any concerns.
• Digital products: All sales are final once delivered.
• Events/classes: Refunds follow the event listing; if not stated, cancellations made more than 72 hours prior may receive credit toward future services.

6) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., upload malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial:

You and Transformations Now agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a class member or representative, and that both waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class or representative proceeding.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14) Acknowledgment and Agreement

By visiting this website, booking services, or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration provision above.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and services.

15) Binding Arbitration Agreement

You and Transformations Now agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, your purchase of any product, or your participation in any service or session shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization, following its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Costs and Fees

Each party will be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or awarded by the arbitrator.

Exceptions

You may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Spokane County, Washington, if the matter meets the court’s requirements. Either party may also seek temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate harm while arbitration is pending.
